Team management¶
One of the features of the EasySolar app is team management, which is ideal when different people work on projects under the name of a single company. This function simplifies collaboration and makes it easy to track each team member’s progress.
To create your team, go to the “Team” tab in the menu on the left side.
In the team tab, you’ll see a list of people in your team—users who are utilizing your EasySolar account. To add new team members, simply send them an invitation.
To send an invitation, enter the email address of the team member and select their role: either “user” or “administrator”. The invited person will receive an email with a link to register.
All team members and pending invitations will be visible in the team menu.
You can edit each team member’s role or access at any time. Simply click on the team member, make the desired changes and save them. You can also remove a team member if needed.
Any invitation that is still pending can be canceled. Just select the person to whom the invitation was sent and confirm the removal of the invitation.
Working on projects is much easier as a team! To assign a client or project to a team member, go to the client list (click the house icon in the sidebar), select the client you want to assign, and press the “ASSIGN+” button.
You can assign the project to a specific person or the entire team.
After selecting the person responsible, remember to save your changes.
At the bottom right, there are “Client Description” and “Comment” sections.
Team members assigned to a project can use these sections to save important project notes, client information or share updates on progress.
Using the client/project filter at the top of the card, you can easily display all projects assigned to a specific team member.
